Painted religious panel depicting a saint, believed to be Abraham. The saint is seated at the centre of the shaped panel against a gold arched background. He is dressed in yellow robes with a blue cloak, lined in pink, and holds a knife in his right hand. In the two upper corners of the panel, flanking the saint, are angels. One of the angels presents Abraham with a ram while the other lights a flame.
This is one of a series of religious panels believed to have been located in a chapel in Chiswick House's now-demolished wings.
