A corbel carved with an heraldic shield and bishop's crozier, held on each side by two crouching figures. The carved surface is set against a large hollow chamfer, and the upper surface is worked flat, as is one side, while the opposite side is broken. The heraldic shield is carved in low relief with a lion rampant, and a bishop's crozier is carved behind it, with the crook showing above the upper edge of the shield, and the lower end of the staff projecting slightly below. The two flanking figures wear long robes, worked with broad folds which are sharply angled at the knees.
