Model of the hilt of the symbolical sword of St George. Upon the hilt, its hands nailed to the quillons, was a figure of the crucified Christ The hands alone remain. One of six models in the Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery collection made in connection with the Duke of Clarence Tomb at Windsor.
