A wax figure on a base, possibly depicting Our Lady of Sorrows (a depiction of the Virgin Mary) or a female Roman Catholic saint. The figure has a wax head, hands and feet with brown hair and facial features. It is not clear what the torso is made from. She is wearing a dark brown robe with metallic stitching at cuffs, hem and collar with lace also at the cuffs and collar. Over this she is wearing a black cloak with metallic stitching down the opening at the front and a pin at the top, possibly used to fasten the cloak shut. There is a metal heart with a sword (the Immaculate Heart of Mary) sewn to the front of the robe and on her head is an ornate crown with coloured stones in it. The wooden base is covered in pink, white and gold coloured paper.
