A figure of the mythological Trojan prince as a shepherd on a stump holding a wooden club, used in his shepherding to fight off predators. He has a golden apple inscribed in Greek with 'the fairest' which he will present to Venus in his famous adjudication of a beauty contest between Venus, Minerva and Juno.
