An ashlar (finely dressed stone) memorial, moved to Amble from Radcliffe when the pit village was demolished, commemorating the residents of Radcliffe who were killed or missing in the First World War and Second World War on white marble names panels. A two stepped base carries the upright with a moulded plinth and inscribed panel in the moulded surround. Flanking columns on square bases, set diagonally, carry a moulded cornice and blocking course with a raised centre piece, carved with a wreath.
