Brightly painted still life group comprising of a tall blue jug containing flowers to the right, a bowl of exotic fruit in the foreground to the left, and a glass bottle and ceramic vase behind the bowl to left, and a brown pipe, all on a circular table laid with a red and white checked tablecloth. Patterned draped cloth is suspended against the wall in the background to the left, in the manner of a curtain or towel. The paintwork is executed in a simple manner with bold colours used.
