The Maguire Collection constitutes the core of East Renfrewshire Council's painting holdings. The collection was donated to East Renfrewshire Council's Heritage Service by the artist's grandson. A Heritage Lottery Fund project enabled the Heritage Service to get eight works restored and framed, four of which are on display in Eaglesham Community Library.
