Saffron Walden Community Hospital is a small yet busy NHS hospital, currently part of West Essex Community Health Services.
The hospital's painting is located above the Reception desk in the Outpatients Department of the hospital. It was originally hung in the reception area of old Saffron Walden General Hospital located in London Road. When the hospital moved to Radwinter Road in 1976, the painting was re-located to the new site so that the picture can still be enjoyed by our patients and visitors.
