The Palace Theatre hosts a 500 seat auditorium and an intimate café bar which is the venue for the comedy club and music gig nights. The Grand Hall has a 1,200 capacity hall, ideal for concerts and conferences, a pillared hall, reception rooms and art halls.

Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am–5pm and show nights. This is a fully accessible venue. There is lift access to the box office, auditorium and café bar. There are up to seven wheelchair spaces within the main auditorium which must be booked in advance. There is an Infra-red hearing loop system in auditorium. There are two disabled parking spaces which must be booking in advance at the box office.
