Maupertuis Farm, located in the parish of St Clement, was donated to the Trust in 2000. This substantial farm complex, which dates from the early nineteenth century, includes the main house, pressoir, pigsties, stables and outbuildings.

The main house has a fine granite facade complemented by timber sashes and a lattice porch. To one end of the farm buildings is a traditional lean-to greenhouse for the growing of grapes and flowers.
