Quétivel Mill dates from the eighteenth century when milling was at its peak in Jersey. The mill was donated to the National Trust for Jersey in 1973, who restored it in 1978 after a fire in 1969.

The kitchen is complete with a substantial granite fireplace, original pot crane and recess for storing salt.
