A drinking fountain. A square column with sandstone facing on each side and pink granite pilasters (rectangular columns) at each corner stands on a sandstone platform. There is a square cupola cap also in sandstone. On the front panel is a bowl with an arched panel behind, of polished pink granite. It has a moulded cornice and swept domed top.
