More about

Until 1955 the buildings occupied by Arbroath Signal Tower Museum formed the shore station and family living quarters for the lightkeepers on the Bell Rock Lighthouse built by Robert Stevenson. The Museum tells the fascinating story of the lighthouse in displays that reflect the past lives of the keepers' families and the fishing heritage of Arbroath. Highlights include the massive lens of the last manually operated lamp used in the lighthouse.
