The paintings at Charlton House, two of which are on display to the public in the Mulberry Tea Rooms, were donated in 2003 by the former Woodlands Art Gallery when the archives were relocated to the Greenwich Heritage Centre.

Built during the reign of James I, Charlton House is the finest and best preserved Jacobean Mansion house in London. Visitors can see an exhibition area, walled gardens and the Mulberry Tea Rooms, which are open to the public 9am–4pm Monday to Friday.
