More about

A great day out for all the family. Discover the stories of North Lincolnshire through many interactive exhibits – become a nature detective in 'Go Wild', step back in time in the Victorian ironstone cottage and relive the 'People's War'. Climb the stairs to delight in the treasures of our archaeology gallery and the award-winning temporary exhibitions. The museum displays draw on all of these collections, reflecting not only the great changes in the region but also the everyday lives of ordinary people. There is also an exciting courtyard garden to explore and a changing programme of temporary exhibitions. Several paintings are on permanent display in the museum, and are also displayed in changing exhibitions.
